Hi, everyone

I use this PC for gaming, graphic(photoshop, video editing), programing.

My budget is about 920$

CPU: i5 750 2.66MHz
Mobo: ASUS sabertooth 55i or Do you have other option?
RAM: G.Skill Trident F3 12800 CL8-4GBTD 4GB (2GBx2)
VGA: Please suggest me.
HDD: WD 500GB AAKS single-platter

I love quiet system with best performance within budget.
What do you think about this spec?

There's a whole lot of issues there. You'd get a much better build with this (I'm assuming you only need what's up there):

CPU: i5-750 $200
Mobo: Asus P7P55D-E Pro $190
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2x2 GB 1600 mhz CAS Latency 7 $115
GPU: HD 5870 $380
HDD: Seagate 7200.12 500 GB $55

Total: $940.

Mobo: The Sabertooth is very expensive, but doesn't offer a whole lot of features. The P7P55D-E Pro above has the same main features and includes USB 3/SATA III support for $10 less.
RAM: Faster sticks, probably for less.
HDD: Much, much faster.
GPU: Easily the best single GPU cards out there. This would be able to play every game at max details at 1920x1080 resolutions.

If the $920 is absolutely firm, make these changes:

CPU/Mobo: X4 955 and Gigabyte GA-790XTA-UD4 $265 after rebate

Total: $815. You need to make these changes to afford the 5870, which shouldn't be sacrificed for anything.
