Are you asking where you can obtain a replacement BIOS chip because of a failed BIOS flash update? I have used http://www.badflash.com/ once. I provided them with the model number of the BIOS chip and a link to the BIOS version I wanted on the BIOS chip and they programmed it for me. This is assuming that you have a BIOS chip that is in a socket and is not directly soldered to the motherboard.

If your BIOS chip is directly soldered to your motherboard you will probably have to send the motherboard back to the manufacturer to get the BIOS reflashed.
