Corsair SP 120 fan dilemma

i have 2 corsair sp120 performance edition fans. the connector is for 3 pin and it does not come with an adapter for a molex. the 3 pin slots on my mobo are being used by the cpu cooler fans. how can i connect these fans?
here's what i think of..
a. find molex adpater to 3 pin
b. buy a new fan controller (im not sure if this will solve it since i havent tried using one)
c. what other options can u suggest?

You could get those Molex to 3 Pin adapters, but the fans will run always at 100% so is not ideal with those fans because they're not quiet at 100 %.

Basically fan controllers is a voltage adjustment more voltage, faster speed. For example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811992007
If you see the images, it has a Molex connector to power the fans, and some 3 Pin female adapters. You just plug the fans and power, and you should be able to regulate the speed of the fan.

i dont mind the noise.. however will it lessen the lifespan of my fans if they are 100% all the time?
