Hello, It seems the USB hub has died on my computer since it has power but won't read any device that I have attempted to use. My question is can the USB hub it self be replaced?

No, you cant replace the USB hub. Not for whats its worth.
Check if ur USB drivers are correct.
If they are, ur stuck with a bad port until u replace ur motherboard.

Are you sure its not the cable connecting motherboard header to case, should be able to bodge a repair from a donor case.
