Freezing the screen in games

Hello,
I have this system components:
MB:Elite Group-AMD 770 Chipset
CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 240
RAM :Apacer DDR3 1066
VGA: nVidia GeForce 9500 GT 512
And when play every game, after 4 or 6 minutes, the screen will freeze and keyboard and mouse don't work
