Help me know the drivers

Hello,
Eddie is my name, I have HP 6735s laptop that has no sound nor video. However, I do not know the type of drivers.

Scroll down to Driver Audio and driver graphics.
You see 3 under audio and 2 under graphics. Download the one that is more newer (according to date) from audio. Do the same on graphics.

Download them and install.

Then, if your music and videos are still not viewing right, then go here:
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/k_lite_codec_pack.htm
...and download the codec pack and install.
