Help Me To Chose 1GB DDR2 Ram

currently i'm having
Memory Type: DDR2-SDRAM
Module Size: 1024 MBytes (1x1024MB)
DIMM Type: Regular Unbuffered (UDIMM)
Memory Speed: 266.7 MHz (PC2-4200)
Module Manufacturer: Kingston

Module Width: 64-bits
Module Voltage: SSTL 1.8V
SPD Revision: 1.2
Number Of Ranks: 2
Row Address Bits: 14
Column Address Bits: 10
Number Of Banks: 4

i want to know can i add another 1GB of DDR2 with higher speed Like

533Mhz DDR2 PC4200
or
PC2-5300 DDR2-667 (PC2-5400)

would these rams be compatible to my system?
would these work with my current ram?

my system specs are

  1. Do not mix-match your RAM {Speed, CAS timings, Voltage, or especially Type {chips/side; DDR2 ; ECC + non ECC} etc. There is no benefit to having faster + slower; mixing if you can get past the instability it causes then only the 'worst' of each at best can work.

    9905316-004.A03LF = KVR533D2N4/1G-DTX = KVR533D2N4/1G http://www.ec.kingston.com/ecom/configurator_new/partsinfo.asp?root=&LinkBack=&ktcpartno=KVR533D2N4/1G

it means 533Mhz DDR2 PC4200 Will not work with
    266.7 MHz (PC2-4200)
    ?
So if i buy another with same speed could it significantly increase performance?
or if i sell old one and buy 533 in pair would they be compatible with my system?
  3. 4200/8 = 525 -> 533 MHz ; when I Googled 9905316-004.A03LF it said "KVR533D2N4/1G-DTX". Next DDR {Double Data Rate 533/2 = ~267 MHz}.

Zip performance increase, the added benefit is only if you run out of physical RAM. Recommendations Windows 32-bit 2GB, Windows 64-bit 4GB.
