Power Consumption Issue?

Hi Guys,
Just wondering if my current PSU (OCZ GameXStream 700W), would be enough to run my planned setup;

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition @ 3.4GHz (will overclock to stop GTX 295 bottleneck)
4GB Corsair XMS RAM
ASUS M3N-HT MoBo
XFX GTX 295 (will leave on stock clock speeds)
500GB Seagate Barracuda

Any suggestions would be awesome.

Yes. I have the OCZ stealthxstream right now. Its a decent psu. But don't expect it to last more than a year, at most.

Yes, your PSU has more power than enough to handle that system.

I was just wondering about the consumption under load is all, with the GTX 295 consuming around 400-500W and the CPU being rated as 125W. Luckily the other components are relatively low consumption. Cheers guys.
