Help for cpu overclock

my specs are: Asus p8p67 rev3.0 - intel corei7 2600k-antec kuhler 620 liquid cooler- 2*2gb adata 1600g-2*4gb geil 1600-1500w thermaltake spd-xfx 5970x2 black edition
and i want to overclock my cpu and i have AI Suite II software for overclocking and i want advice and help for overclocking through software or bios

dont use software to overclock, its not reliable, do it in BIOS
