FPS on dual screens

I am setting up my new build and I was thinking, will having 2 screens mean that the crosshairs will in the middle of both of the screen (bezels, I think they are called). If so can anyone recommend a dirt cheap monitor with I think a vga or dvi, but the others have vga and dvi (hp w19) and apperently you can connect 3 by using the 2 dvis' and a display port to vga adaptor (£20). The native res of my other screens are 1440x900.

I think I remember seeing an ATI card that had on it's back it was showing a 3 display setup that had the normal display in the middle and the two extra displays gave you a wider field of view.
