I'm getting this PSU and I wanna know how Newegg dimensions are setup because they aren't labeled in the specs. I need to know the Height, Width, and Length from this Dimensions 5.9" x 3.4" x 6.3"

It's probably worth the trouble to double check on the actual MFGR's website anyway. The E-tailers sometimes get the details wrong.

Plus you get the REST of the goodies....... like the length of the cables and such.

It should be 5.9" (W) x 3.4" (H) x 6.3" (D). Height and width are ATX standards.

I just now noticed that PSU is going into a Dell Inspiron 546 case.
I'm hoping he asked 'cause he's measuring to see if the extra length will fit. Or that he stops back and checks his thread.
A lot of standard size PSUs are 5.5" and then you have the modular cables to consider.
