Ialmdev5.dll blue screen error

Hello,

My son likes to play Roblox online. I recently had to pay someone to wipe my hard drive and reinstall everything. Now when my son tries to play his Roblox game online, it crashes. I get the error ialmdev5.dll it also says PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. Can someone please help!!

Reason for wiping hard drive ?
ialmdev5.dll is an Intel Video hardware accelerator and the error is because the system tries to access a piece of memory outside the range.
When you reinstalled system, did they install all drivers for you ?
Go to Control Panel, Device Manager and see if there are any yellow question marks on devices. You can go online and get drivers for your model number PC, pay attention to details. After installing drivers, you want to run DirectX setup again, to make sure all video/audio Microsoft files are updated and replenished. Most hardware intensive games will throw a "Cannot find accelerated hardware" error, but this is not one of them.
