Is this a good setup?

One of my buddies told me that he wanted a new computer, so I picked out some parts for him. All he has is $300, and the only things that he needs are a CPU, Mobo, RAM, and a Video Card. So I just wanted to see if this would be a good, equal build for the price.

Hmm if u had DDR2 idling around thats fine but the sun is going down on DDR2 platforms so for your budget one could land a very decent X3/DDR3/GTS 250 combo hehe
