Is this memory GOOD or just posing?

I bought a premade system for gaming a while back, and I know the components are all decent - but as I've been learning more and more about computers I have been wondering how good my RAM is. I know it's decent, but not sure if it's the bare bones of DDR3 or actually good for DDR3.

Running a CPUZ scan is shows: 12g Samsung DDR3 667 mhz

I know the fact that it is DDR3 is a good thing, but I'm not sure if the [strike]533[/strike] 667mhz is low or normal. I'm also curious ( in the event that it is low ) how I can tell if my system will support an upgrade to faster RAM.

edit: I believe I was misreading the speed and it is in fact 667mhz ...

I didn't realize that the way CPUz reports DDR3 is essentially at half the actual spec speed, so I guess my RAM is in fact 1333 and my entire post becomes moot.

Going to flag for delete.

DDR {Double Data Rate}; freaks out everyone until they figure this out.

667 X 2 = 1333 MHz ; CPUz is reporting correctly, but they 'should' show the 1333 MHz - maybe the next version of CPUz.
