Msi 770 c45 or Asus M4N68T-M LE

hi all more to it than just that , the msi ive seen is ddr2 which means i can use my existing 4gb of ram, but the asus comes as part of a deal inc 2x 1gb of ram both costing about the same. Im buying a new mobo so i can upgrade to athlon ii x2 240/250 just so i can play wow and buy my new gtx 460. im spending £130 on card so have no more than £170 for remainder. any ides greatfully recieved.

DDR3 isn't better than DDR2.
