Graphic squares flickering

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my ATI 4850 where whenever I play a 3d enabled game, the image will flicker with these graphics squares. It's hard to describe so I uploaded a short clip so you can see the problem for yourself: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tCGLiIsPGXk

I'm using ATI's official drivers (v10.2) and I haven't fiddled with any of the default settings (no OC'ing or fan speed adjustments or anything like that).
