first check if someone is pulling a prank on you and turned off the ide or sata port so that the drive not seen.
i would then take the side door of the pc off and check that the drive and power cables are seated fine(have the pc off you dont want to short anything out).
if the cables are fine turn the pc on and place your hand on the drive that missing..is it spinning not starting and stopping. if it spinning and still not see by the bios try running the vendor fitness test to see if it sees the drive. if it dont it could be the drive failed. before i would rma i would plug in into another sata port or another pc to see if it was the drive or the pc.
