yo, guys i currently have a intel E210882 motherboard ( yes i no it sucks) well i need to no what is the highest cpu it can handle and could it handle duel core any suggestions to please thanks

That could be a Dell or a Gateway, socket 478 or 775, you'll need to be more specifc about what you actually have.

According to this link, the motherboard is D865GVHZ:

But seems there is no video card expansion slot except PCI. I guess there are still some models available but very limited and expensive given low performance.

865 = S478. You're better off dealing with what you have while you save up $$$ for a new system. You can't even put a true dual core in that.
