Acer Aspire 5530 can't find the Key to get into the Bios

I'm trying to put Window's 7 on my friends Laptop and it is an Acer Aspire 5530 and it won't pick up the Window's disc and I want to go into the Bios to make sure it is set to boot from the CD/DVD Drive first,can anyone tell me what key to hit to enter the Bios.

Hit the F2 or Delete key if F2 fails every second or two immediately after start-up until BIOS screen appears.
