Is there a difference between temps at 120, and 240mm radiators?

So I have been looking at the radiator

120mm

I was wondering(I am cooling a i5-3570k will overclock as far as possible) if there is a big diffrence between the temps I would get adn if it is worth the extra money... also i will be using these to cool it(if there is a better fan then please, recommend it.

You seem to open a whole lot of threads there panic. Reading through the water cooling sticky can answer the above question, I suggest you refer back to that.
