Liquid Cooling Multiple GPUs?

I'm about to pass out over my keyboard, so I'm going to keep this simple and to the point.

Question 1: Where can I find a full-system liquid cooling kit? By that, I mean radiator, pump, blocks, tubes, etc. Do they all come in one package?

Question 2: I want to liquid cool not only my CPU, but also my multiple GPUs. I'll be cooling 2 EVGA Hydro Copper 690s which have blocks attached to them already. What do I need to make this happen?

Read the W/c sticky, it will help you decide how much radiator space you need but yes, Xspc do kits with all components included except distilled water, they are linked in the sticky as well
Wellworded, concise and clear post though, we don't often see those so thank you :-)
