Why do you need 4 GPUs? Most boards cannot physically fit 4 GPUs with dual slot coolers.

You would probably need a good 1kW PSU to power that, maybe even something a bit stronger. What ever you are doing that needs 4 GTX260s you can probably do a bit better with different cards and not need nearly as much power.

I am using it for trading with eight monitors plus I use it as my entertainment center. I dont have cable. I watch movies, television, stream bloomberg and cnbc on the internet so I wanted to build something that is fast, graphically stable and will last for some years...

Four graphic cards was cheaper than 2 that supported 4 monitors .. The only others was the gtx250 or the FX 380 I read a few posts and fiqured I would go with the gtx 260 because it was a little better

For running multiple monitors with the kind of work you do you should look into Matrox graphic solutions. Matrox is the king of multi monitor setups for your type of application they actually just came out with a card that can drive 8 monitor with 1 card. Now the money saved on power consumption and the big PSU that you will need to run all those cards would really make the Matrox card worth looking at.

Check out what they have to offer.
