Overclocked Intel Core i7 960 Quad Core Processor 3.2GHz Safe Temps

Just wondering what the safe temp for the Intel Core i7 960 Quad Core Processor 3.2GHz when overclocked.I set the blck to 150 x 24 from stock 133 it gave me a core speed of 3.765 Mhz up from 3.2 mhz.When running benchmark stress tests the temp core 0 and core 1 never went over 72 degrees cel.I this temp ok for the i7 960 3.2.What temp should I not let the cpu climb to, so not to damage the processor in case I overclock more.This is what cpu-z showes.Processors
