Need AM3 Retention bracket

does anyone know where i can get one of these? i need both pieces. i've seen a few on ebay but the back plate is completely plastic. would that make any difference?

No the backplate being of plastic will not make any difference unless you us a 5Kg aftermarket cooler on the processor...
It is advisable to go to the Manufacturers site for the retention bracket.... namely the Mobo manufacturer.....
