How do I check how much my HDD is worn out?
Im using a Seagate ST9320423AS, generally operates at 42C as Im using a laptop

Hello!
I bought a new hard disk 3 months ago and this time I installed Hard disk sentinal to keep updated with the health of Hard disk.
Within 2 months hard disk health has gone down to 95%. When I search log it shows {Reallocation event count 5 -> 6}...According to information given the attribute Reallocated sectors count's threshold is 5 whereas value and worst is 100 each...I don't know what it means...Please help me....IS hard disk failing again?
