Ok, I am not a big gamer just sports and strategy gaming. My present build is as follows:

Q9450
EP35-DS4
8gig Corsair PC2-6400
Windows 7 HPE 64bit
XFX GTX260
Samsung T240HD
Thermaltake V9 BE
Intel X-25 160gig SSD

What would be the best upgrade or upgrades for the money?

Your system is good enough for everything currently out there gaming wise, the only thing I would consider upgrading is your graphics card.

ATI have DX11 ones out already - though the performance is on par with the previous models they bought out.

Unless you fancy waiting for Nvidias Fermi based cards
