Nnecting case speaker and eSata

Hello all, I have this motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131614 and this case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119160 and this disk drive http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827106289 The case came with a case speaker but I do not know where to connect it to the mobo. Also there is a red eSata cable coming form the case's front panel and I am not sure as to whether that is supposed to connect to the motherboard and if so, where?

Well I got the case speaker figured out, but I am still not sure what that red eSata cable is for.
