Can ANYONE tell me the difference!!!

Here are two GFX cards that I cannot find any information on, apparently thay are the same but you can see one has the standard ATI v2 cooler and the other has a different one. Is it better? The weird one seems to show stats at the bottom that cover all the 5770 range. Is it a XXX edition?
