My auto PWM control don't work after install a new cooler

I had a Intel stock cooler and my PWM work fine, on biger temps cooler fan go on higher RPM.

But now after install another cooler "CM HYPER TX3" PWM don't work anymore. I must go in MSI control centar and from here i change speed from 100% 2900 RPM to 50% 1900 RPM.

Also i try with optimized settings in BIOS, but don't work.

Any help???

Just a quess but I'd say if your bios offers both 3pin and (4pin pwm) settings that the fan itself is defective.

I change some settings in BIOS and now is ok, work fine...
