the OCZ has better timings.

If you aren't going to OC,go with the cheaper one;otherwise,as jimishtar mentioned, the OCZ one has lower timings(which is better for OC'ng)

I would say Mushkin is a better brand than OCZ in RAM's. So if you can lay your hands on a lower timing Mushkin then get it. Something like CL6 or CL7.
