i have had my ssd for about 2 weeks now and its starting to cause video and sound stuttering that did not happen before on my hdd.

it sounds like its about to bsod but it never does and the video lags and it has the bsod sound. the drive bsod twice within the first couple of days but hasnt since.

any ideas? im about to reset everything on the board and drain the psu and clear the cmos. but other then that i dont know what it could be.

Make sure you've got the latest firmware on the drive. BSOD and the sort of freezing issue are very very common on sandforce based drives. Probably state which SSD you are referring to and maybe someone will have direct experience with it as well.
