Help with HD 4850

I just installed a new 4850 but it sends no signal to the monitor. I have an integrated video card which I've disabled but it still doesn't work. When I log onto Windows using the onboard video I can see that card under device manager and it says it's working fine.

What PSU do you have? Did you enable the 4850 prior? Are you using VGA or DVI?

585W from HEC, what do you mean enable, and DVI.
