Asrock N68C-S UCC or asus M4A785-M

both have ddr2 slots but asrock has abilty to upgrade to ddr3, asus has better write ups but is £15 more asus has ucc to take my athlon x3 450 up to a quad core, asus has higher spec sata points. aaarrrggghhh which do i go for? also im getting a msi gtx 460 1g. as always thanks in advance

i wouldn't go for the combo choice its ALWAYS have a problem some where
in this case , stick with the asus mobo
