You might be able to get up to 2133 you will have to increase the voltage accordingly and alter your timings until your stable. Do this equation to check if your actually getting better performance, memory freq/timing = operations per second. Otherwise you can just improve your timings by dropping each one down by 1 until you blue screen.
I assume you are using the onboard gpu. The 2133mhz memory will increase performance in that case. That is what I would go with. Make sure your motherboard is compatible with that speed.
