If you have changed your CPU and Ram not a problem u still able to use ur old OS
but the the motherboard is the MAIN problem
but you can try this :
Log on safe mode and uninstall all drivers From device manager
uninstall this if you are able to on this order
1.Floppy Disk controllers and drivers
2.network adapters
3.Sound etc..
4.IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers
5.USB controllers
any other drivers as well like printer , VGA cards etc

this way is not guaranteed, you try it if you lost hope

Hi.

If you want avoid problems and don't have junk in your rig, the best way in the clean installation.

Now, some OS (Vista and Win 7) can boot normally with a mobo change, the only way to know that is that you try it. If the rig boot and you can log in with the changes without the clean installation, download and install the drivers for the new mobo and try to delete the old ones.
