Playing DVD's on my ASUS M6800N works well, but if
there is a second screen (CRT or beamer) the
mediaplayer gives an error-messages and does'nt
start. Other players (e.g. realplayer) have no
problem.
Any hints?

Thanks in advance

Are you trying to do simultaneous display to the laptop AND the 2nd screen,
where the DVD is on the 2nd screen and something else is on the laptop
screen? If so, it might be a video memory problem--try displaying only to
the 2nd screen.

I have a situation on a desktop with a high-end video card for dual displays
where if I try to print or make a PDF of what's on the right screen, it
works, but if I try to print the left screen, it crashes the program. A
documented bug in the video card.
