Which motherboard should i get?

so im planning on building a new PC:

PC: 3570k
Graphics: GTX 660ti (already owned, plan to buy another in the future)
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 1600
Case: NZXT Switch 810

now my question is which motherboard would you suggest? i plan on doing some overclocking in the future. i especially plan to try my hand at watercooling, but that will have to wait until the summer.

the boards ive been debating between:

Gigabyte Z77X - Ud5h
- great feature rich board for a decent price
Asus Maximus V Formula
- i really like the idea of the integrated "sound card"
- the watercooling heat sinks are also a plus
Asus P8z77 - v Pro
- great feature rich board for a decent price

my budget is 300$, im slightly reluctant to spend all of that in the motherboard but if needed i dont mind
also it is 100% necessary that the board is able to do SSD caching

any suggestions?
