RAM overclock is failing Tags: Memory Overclocking RAM redrpm January 23, 2013 4:09:56 PM Hi System: AMD X2 550@3,6GHz, XFX HD6950, GA-MA770-UD3, OCZ PC2 8500 1066MHz DDR2 (2+2GB@800MHz) My RAM specs says it will run at 1066MHZ with settings 5-5-5-18 @ 2.2v. But when I change the settings in BIOS to that I get BSOD in Windows. Should it not work when the specs says it will? Have I missed something?
