Tried to install ethernet drivers using the driver tool scan,but scan will not f

I CANT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET, BECAUSE I DONT HAVE THE ETHERNET CONTROLLER OR PCI MODEM. I TRIED TO USE THE DELL DRIVER TOOL SETUP,BUT WHEN I RUN THE SCAN TO DETERMINE WHAT DRIVERS I NEED, THE SCAN STOPS BECAUSE I AM NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET.

Do you know the model number of your PC ?
Using this computer you got to the forums with, go to dell website, search for your computer model number in Support - Drivers and download the network card drivers for it. Install in the ailing computer and that's it.
