Can i Overclock this CPU?
Intel Core i5-3350P Ivy Bridge 3.1GHz

  1. In short, no. Technically, you might be able to nudge up the base clock a bit and hence increase the frequency that way. Since that is a locked processor, overclocking options are very limited. An i5 or i7 with a K on the end is designed for overclocking so keep this in mind next time you buy a CPU.

  3. Yes, an i5 2500k or i5 3570k would overclock nicely. If you have already bought the i5-3350P, then keep it as it is not worth buying a new CPU just to overclock. I hope this helps.
