My Game Speeds Up after Overclocking.

Specs:
FX 6300 @ 4.3Ghz (Air Cooling Hyper 212 Evo)
AsRock 970 Extreme3
8GB Corsair Vengeance
Sapphire HD 7750
FSP Supersonic 750W

Here's a Picture after I Stress Test my FX 6300.

My Problem is when I Play Games like Assassin's Creed 3, Mafia II, Etc.
My Game Speeds Up. Literally Speeds Up like Sonic The Hedgehog for like 0.1 Second. Happens often In-Game.
