Hi I just bought an Asus rampage III extreme, and i have an NZXT ZERO 2 case, but it`s very large and I want a mid tower case, exactly teh CM 690 II Basic or Advance (doesn't matter which), but I don't want to waste money if the R3E doesn't fit in the 690 II case.

Could someone help me, please, I've read the form factor of the MoBo and the CM 690 support ATX form and the R3E are ATX form to (that's what i've read) but i prefer to know if someone has made done this.

(sorry for my grammar I'm from mexico and I'm still learning english)

Yes, you can install the NH-D14 without any problem, as you can see in this link:
http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=compatibility_gen&pr...
Anyway, The NH-D14 is a big cooler that extends over the first RAM slots on most mainboards. The cooler offers sufficient clearance for all standard size memory modules, but you won’t be able to use memory modules higher than 44mm (from the same page)
The cooler will fit in the case without any doubt. Here you have a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ETVtc28pLFQ . It's the Advanced model, but the room is just the same.

Thankyou very much Henry I only want the best and this Noctuna is the best air cooling for me, and if it only cover the first RAM then i guess i can put in the other 5 slots, i only have 3 modules gskill trident, or maybe i can make my bet for the Thermalright Venomous X - RT i guess it will be fine too
