Yes. The RAM is just marketed toward Intel builds. You'll just have to check the settings in BIOS to make sure it's set to the manufacturer's specs, which you should do with any build.

Speed wise too? The RAM is speed 1600 and the MOBO says 1333,1066 and 1866 but no 1600. Sorry about my many questions, just being cautious. Thanks

The 1866 is the fastest the RAM will run. The 1333 and 1066 are the defaults. Sticks 1333 mhz and faster will default to 1333 mhz in BIOS until you manually set them.
