Another 5770 Thread...

I'm not a heavy user, I play BF2 and now Bad Company 2. I've got a stock Dell Crapolla machine (2.3 Ghz Core 2 Duo) with 3GB ram. Currently using a 8600 GTS, which on BC2 is PAINFULLY unplayable. Can't spend more than $170. Should I go 5770 or look for older 4890, 4870 or some Nvidia deal. Ideas?

Also, I looked up the ratings from my power supply, 300W with 12+ = 18A, would this suffice?
