MSI P43 C-51

Will this heatsink work with my new mobo MSI P43 C51. The board looks like it uses a heatsink that uses clips to hold tight instead of screws. Thank you.

Yes it will......... the board and the HSF are both for the 775 LGA Socket
They are compatible....
