Legacy BIOS vs. EFI on same Motherboard

Hello, I'm Richard. Is there a motherboard that can have Legacy BIOS and can have also EFI? Is there a possibility that a motherboard with Legacy BIOS can be replace by EFI by just upgrading its ROM? Or vice versa, a motherboard with EFI can be replace by Legacy BIOS by upgrading its ROM?

Hmm.. Thats one tough question to answer, as there hardly any MB out there ATM with EFI.

is it possible to have a MB to be able to have both or to swap between EFI and BIOS? I think the question can go either way of yes or no for updating inbetween bios and EFI but i would have to say no for having both on the same MB at the same time.

But i dont know if there new EFI MB atm being or just been released.

If there is one out there, then this is going to be one needle in the haystack im going to look for in the morning.

Is "Intel Core 2 Duo Processor with Intel E7520 Chipset Development Kit" can have a chance to update to EFI? Is there a hardware requirement needed for motherboard to be capable for EFI? Is the ASUS P5Q and P6T series motherboard capable of EFI?
