What is the budget heatsink king?

I was wondering what is currently the budget heatsink king in the market. I recently came across a heatsink called the Enermax ETS-T40 TB Silence.I have the HAF 912 case and my fan setup is 1x200mm fan in the front and 2x120mm fans on the top and 1x120mm fan on the back blowing it out.

More about what budget heatsink king
  1. Is there a reason on why you want an aftermarket cooler?

You can't overclock on that motherboard, and if it's too loud you can always set the fan speed lower via BIOS.
  2. deepcool mc 3003gx $18.00
  3. The cm 212 evo is the real king at a low budget but the tx3 is a good one.
  4. http://shop.lucmos.com/cooler-master-hyper-212-evo-processor-cooler-rr-212e-16pk-r1-881-p.asp managed to find one at nearly the same price, ordinarily they are about six quid more though, then add another few quid for a second fan ofc
