I am playing the 2nd time through and it won't let me get the
nightgown. Of course, I am in the Cradle mission. I have 100% of the
loot and all 3 special loot items.
I removed the blocks, but there is still a wall behind it.
Any ideas?

Sorry! I had the nightgown already and didn't know it.
