Is SU4100 better than what i have now?

I have a t7200 on my 3 year old laptop. Ive been looking for a new laptop and just curious if the SU4100 in new netbook perform better than my current cpu.

I understand its 2ghz vs 1.3ghz therefore i should be faster, but due to the innovations does a smaller higher fsb make allow to perform better.

If you compare the Passmark CPU benchmark scores the T7200 come out ahead.
