What is a safe CPU temp - i5 3570k

I just recently built my first gaming PC, I am also new to overclocking.
I managed to get my intel i5 3570k to 4.2ghz using the hyper 212 evo from coolmaster.
I am looking at a max temp of 73 celsius using prime 95 and real temp. When gaming it doesn't go past 65. Are these safe temps for 24/7 use?
Where I live (NZ) it is currently summer and very hot

Oh okay, I upped my overclock to 4.4ghz sitting around 80 now
